How long will my order take?

All products are all handmade in England to your specific requirements, so it’s best to plan a full season ahead. We do our very best to give you accurate delivery estimates at the time your order is placed. However, this is only an estimate; during peak production times such as spring and Christmas, orders may take longer.

Do you keep items in stock?

Yes! Items available on www.copperpony.ca ship directly from our Canadian farm to yours. Custom orders placed on the Jump 4 Joy website are made to order.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you have already placed an order, it may be possible to change it. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate any changes for you. Please note that custom products cannot be changed or returned once they have entered the production process.

Can I come and see the jumps before I buy?

In Canada, you can see our products anywhere we exhibit (contact us or follow us on social media to find out where to find us) or by appointment at our farm in Courtenay, B.C.
