Delivery

We use aggregate shippers and utilise comprehensive nationwide networks to deliver your order efficiently to your Canadian location. Tracking is now available on most orders.

Please note that all orders must be carefully checked and signed for upon receipt as Jump 4 Joy cannot be liable for any shortage or damage if goods are signed for by you as complete and in good condition. Upon receipt of goods you must therefore inform the delivery driver of any shortages or damage.

Delivery dates are given as an estimate when the order is placed, but please be aware they may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

We aim to get your order to you within 12 weeks, but as orders are handmade to your specific requirements, some seasonal variations may occur in delivery times and your order may take longer e.g. during peak spring season and Christmas time.
